Regardless of what your Chinese New Year Calendar tells you — 2018 is The Year of The Panther!
The Kitchener Panthers open their 100th season in the Intercounty Baseball League on Sunday.
The major milestone will kick off with an away game against the Barrie Baycats at 2 p.m.
Kitchener has a brand new look for the centennial celebration, as well as a commemorative 100 Year Logo that was designed to pay tribute to both past and present Panthers.
Fans eager for a home game won’t have to wait long though — as the London Majors visit Jack Couch Park to take on the Kitchener Panthers on Sunday, May 13th.
