Pair of sexual assaults against young girls likely linked: WRPS

Regional Police believe two sexual assaults against young girls, one in Kitchener and another in Waterloo, are linked.
On October 27, 2017 police say a six-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in the stairwell of an apartment building, located at 318 Patricia Avenue in Kitchener.
It happened around 7 p.m. and they believe the suspect is someone who frequented the building or area.
Investigators believe the same person is responsible for another sexual assault that happened on October 20, 2013.
A four-year-old girl was inside an apartment building, located at 429 Barrie Street in Waterloo, when she was approached by an unknown man and sexually assaulted.
The suspect is described as a white man, 5’10” to 6 feet tall, with a slim build.
