Man charged after being hit by a vehicle in Kitchener

Waterloo Regional Police have charged a man after he was struck by a vehicle on Monday night.
Police allege a 30-year-old Kitchener man was intoxicated and not using a cross walk when he was hit.
It happened just before 10 p.m. on Ottawa Street North.
The man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was not charged in the incident.
