Man in wheelchair struck and killed by vehicle in Guelph

Guelph Police are investigating a fatal crash in the city.
They say a 63-year-old Guelph man, operating a motorized wheelchair, was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Thursday night.
The collision happened on Gordon Street at Poppy Drive around 6 p.m.
Gordon was closed for five hours while police conducted their investigation.
Any witnesses are asked to call police.
