Cambridge man charged in Faraday Township drug bust

A Cambridge man has been charged in connection with a drug bust south of Bancroft.
The OPP says they searched a home in Faraday Township on October 12th, and seized an unspecified number of marijuana plants, harvesting material and other offence-related material.
Shawn Gignac was charged with production of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
The 38-year-old has a bail hearing in Belleville Provincial Court today.
