Seitz to play in Q, Rangers transfer rights to Moncton

Forward Dylan Seitz is heading east.
The Kitchener Rangers transferred his rights to the Moncton Wildcats of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League on Wednesday.
The 18-year-old New York native was a 15th round pick of the Rangers in the 2015 draft.
He had 19 points in 65 regular season and playoff games with Kitchener last season. He did not dress for any regular season games this season.
