Man spotted watching kids at Guelph playground

Police are investigating after reports that a suspicious man was spotted watching children at a playground in Guelph.
They say it happened around 7 p.m. Wednesday at a playground on Neeve Street.
The man was allegedly watching kids from his car, and left the area when a concerned parent approached him.
Police say the suspect’s vehicle is described as a gold, four-door Toyota. The licence plate had blue along the top, and there was a red symbol to the left of the numbers.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 60s with grey hair and some scruffy facial hair.
