Adam Liška commits to playing with Kitchener Rangers

The Kitchener Rangers announced today that forward Adam Liška has committed to an Ontario Hockey League standard player agreement with the Club.

Liška was the first-round, 29th selection in the 2017 CHL Import Draft was a member of Orange HK 20 in 2016-17. He tallied 13 goals and 29 points with a plus/minus rating of +11 in 23 regular season games played with Team Slovakia U18 last season.

Liška dressed for three teams in U-20 competition Team Slovakia U20, Team Slovakia2 U20, HC Slovan Bratislava U20, and he notched six points in 20 regular season games while adding six goals and 18 points in 11 playoff games.

In IIHF World U-18 Championship competition last season he was an alternate captain for Team Slovakia, registering two goals and six points in five tournament games. He also skated for Slovakia in last year’s U-18 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament, scoring once and finishing at a point-per-game pace with four points.
