OPP issue arrest warrant for local woman accused of stealing from Walmart

Wellington County OPP have issued an arrest warrant for a Waterloo Region woman accused of a grab and dash at a Walmart on Highway 6 in Fergus.

44-year-old Stacey Fulford is facing charges of uttering threats and theft under $5000.

The incident actually happened on May 17th and was caught on video.

It shows a woman attempting to flee with over $600 in electronics in a shopping cart.

However, she tripped and fell and the shopping cart also toppled over.

She then fled on foot, leaving the cart and merchandise behind.

OPP continue to investigate the identity of her accomplices, two men and three women described below:

Male 1 – white, 30 to 40-years-old with short dark hair wearing dark sunglasses and a dark short sleeve shirt with blue jeans.
Male 2 – white, 30 to 40-years-old wearing a red/white ball cap, light colored sweater and khaki pants.
Female 1 – white, 20 to 30-years-old wearing all black and is prone to concealing her face.
Female 2 – white, 20 to 30-years-old with long dark hair wearing a white shirt and black pants.
Female 3 – white, 20 to 30-years-old with long blond hair wearing a black sweater and black pants.
