Humane Society hosts Wiggle Waggle Walkathon

Get ready to wiggle along the Walter Bean Trail today for the annual Wiggle, Waggle Walkathon in support of the KW Humane Society.
Director of Operations at the KW Humane Society Kathy Innocente says all proceeds raised goes to help offset the cost of community programs and veterinary care at the Humane Society.
“Our veterinary is in excess of $650,000 a year and this fundraiser is really important to help offset those costs.”
The KW Humane Society will also have a microchip clinic on site and you can get your pet microchipped for a $20 donation.
The walk gets underway at 11 a.m. at the Coldwell Banker parking lot on Riverbend Drive and finishes as the KW Humane Society facility located at 250 Riverbend Drive.
The event runs from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
