Special weather statement due to Friday’s snow

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for a large swath of southern Ontario including Waterloo Region, Wellington and Perth counties.
It says snow and poor road conditions are causing headaches for many motorists.
It does expect conditions to improve rapidly later this morning once the temperature climbs above the freezing mark.
