Hamilton Police charge Kitchener contractor with fraud

Hamilton Police have charged a Kitchener flooring contractor accused of stealing bank cheques from clients working inside their homes.
27 year-old Dennis Rodriguez was arrested on Wednesday for multiple counts of theft under $5000, possession under $5,000, use of forged documents, and fraud under $5,000.
Police say due to the nature of the crime, there could be additional victims.
Anyone who hired Rodriguez under his company name Southern Flooring and De’South Flooring is asked to contact Hamilton Police’s Major Fraud Branch at 905-546-452.
