A scary incident for two Waterloo teens.

Regional police say the girls were talking on Karlsfeld Rd in Waterloo just after 3 p.m. on Wednesday when they saw a man following them.

They walked to a nearby garage, closed the door, and waited for the man to leave.

He walked away and was last seen near Bonn Avenue in the Keats Way/Erbsville Rd area.

He is described as brown, 5’8″, with a skinny build. He had a scarf covering his face just about his nose and a black hat pulled down to just about his eyes and was wearing a wool jacket.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact Waterloo Regional Police or Crime Stoppers.
