Rain Tuesday, then back to cold and flurries Wednesday

Get ready for some wild swings in the weather this week.

Tuesday feels more like spring than winter, with rain, fog and a high of plus five.

The bottom however begins to fall out tonight as the temperature begins to drop off and we could be looking at flurries.

You can thank a Colorado low for the crazy weather.

The temperature will continue to slide tomorrow to minus five with a good chance of flurries, squalls and blowing snow.

It only gets colder as we move deeper into the week.

By Friday, the high is only expected to reach minus nine.

To put it into perspective: a high of plus five today and a high of minus nine on Friday – the normal high for this time of year is minus three.
