Stabbing at Walmart in Fairview Park Mall

One person is in police custody after a stabbing at Fairview Park Mall.
Waterloo Regional Police tell 570 News it happened at the Walmart in the mall on Monday afternoon. A loss prevention officer went up to a suspect that was seen stealing items, and was ultimately stabbed.
Police say there is no current word on injuries, but say that the suspect is in custody.
There is still no words on charges and WRPS say their investigation is ongoing.
