Region unveils child care and early learning plan

Waterloo Region has released its four-year plan for child care and early learning.
There are five key actions outlined in the service plan:
- Improving access to quality programs
- Developing a master plan
- Building capacity to support the inclusion of all children
- Addressing the service experience for families
- A new quality assurance approach.
The region collected input from from child care operators, community partners and over 1,500 parents.
