Regional police investigating a series of thefts from taxis

Police are looking into a series of thefts from taxis since January.
Alanna Russell with Regional police says there have been 17 incidents in total, involving two cab companies.
“The vehicles went unoccupied and off duty and had items stolen from within them, we have some images taken from surveillance footage.”
Police are also appealing to any other taxi drivers who may not have reported something like this to come forwards.
