Waterloo man arrested after attempting to grab a female jogger

A 20-year-old man has been arrested after attempting to grab a 21-year-old jogger in Waterloo.

Police got the call yesterday afternoon around 3 at University and Marsland.

The Waterloo man has been arrested for Criminal Harassment, Assault, and Breach of Bail.
