Judge rules sexual assault case against Bill Cosby can go ahead

A judge has ruled that a sexual assault case against Bill Cosby can proceed, despite Cosby’s claim he had an immunity deal.

Cosby is charged with drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand at his Philadelphia home in 2004.

Dozens of women have accused Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting them since the 1960s.

This is the only case in which he has been charged.

He could get up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
