UPDATE: No gunman found at U.S. Naval Medical Center in San Diego

An initial search has turned up no sign of a gunman at the U-S Naval Medical Center in San Diego.
Following a report of gunshots, the centre posted a warning on Facebook, urging people inside the hospital to run, hide or fight.
Several schools in the neighbourhood were locked down as a precaution.
