Body of Canadian man killed while fighting Islamic militants driven along the 401 through Cambridge

The body of Canadian man, 32-year-old John Gallagher, who was killed 16 days ago fighting Islamic militants in Syria arrived home today.
His remains were driven along the 401 from Toronto to the southwestern Ontario community of Blenheim.
His body passed through Waterloo Region around 2:10 p.m. this afternoon, *401 callers tell us today at 12:45 p.m. people were seen with Canadian flags standing on overpasses over the 401 from Mississauga to Cambridge.
Gallagher, a native of Windsor, is a former Canadian soldier who was a volunteer fighter in Syria.
