Waterloo 4th best place to live in Canada for new Canadians according to MoneySense rankings

MoneySense is out with its annual Best Places to Live in Canada rankings.
Waterloo scored high on the list of the top 10 places for new Canadians, placing 4th overall.
Stratford also did very well, it was ranked as the 7th best place to live in Canada, it was third on the list of the top 10 places to retire and 10th on the list of the top 10 places for new Canadians.
The rankings take into account such factors as unemployment rates, taxes, income and home prices in 209 communities across Canada.
