Second arrest made in Kitchener murder from 2012

Waterloo Regional Police have charged a second person in connection to the death of a Brantford man in Kitchener in November 2012.
Police says 21-year-old Megan Cooper of North York was arrested Wednesday afternoon and is charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder.
She will appear in court in Kitchener today.
Devane Campbell was discovered outside a housing complex on Elmridge Drive in Kitchener after reports of gun shots in the area.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
27-year-old Noel Francis of North York was arrested on April 30th and charged with second degree murder and several other charges.
