Regional Police arrest one, searching for two others in connection with stolen vehicle investigation

A heavy police presence early this morning in the King and Allen Streets area of Waterloo.
Regional Police say they’ve arrested one person and are searching for two others in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation.
Police say they were alerted by another police service about the vehicle earlier in the day and say it was spotted just after one this morning in that area.
Police say they did not initiate a pursuit, but three people abandoned the vehicle when they saw a police cruiser.
