A rare Thursday night council meeting tonight in Cambridge.
This one has only one issue on the agenda: the proposed multi-purpose sports and recreation complex partnership with Conestoga College.
The meeting is aimed at providing more information for the public and striking a task force to move forward.
The proposal would see a 53-million-dollar facility built on Conestoga lands near the new campus beside the 401.
The meeting begins at 6 o’clock in city council chambers.
