RECALL: Some PC Blue Menu bran flakes could contain pieces of plastic

Loblaw Companies Ltd. is recalling its PC Blue Menu bran flakes over concerns that some boxes could contain pieces of plastic.
Health Canada said the recall affects boxes labelled with the UPC code 0 60383 74782 4 and best before dates Aug. 26, 2015 through to Jan. 7, 2016.
Anyone who purchased the product included in the recall can return the box for a refund with or without a receipt.
The company said the product was sold in a number of stores, including Fortinos, No Frills, and Real Canadian Superstores from Jan. 1, 2011 until Feb. 24, 2015.
