WRPS investigating following crash involving police cruiser in New Hamburg

No serious injuries were sustained following a collision involving a police cruiser in New Hamburg.
The crash happened just before 5 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Arnold Street and Waterloo Street when the cruiser stopped at the intersection and was rear-ended by a vehicle, which was hit by another vehicle.
Minor injuries were reported.
The intersection was closed for a short period of time while police investigated the incident.
No word on charges at this time.
