Stabbing suspect arrested

Charges are pending after a man and woman were found in a Waterloo apartment with stab wounds.
Police were called to the apartment on Marshall Street around 3:30 am, Tuesday.
Regional Police say the suspect, who is known to the victims, fled the scene and entered another Marshall Street apartment where a man was assaulted.
The suspect fled again, but was arrested soon after.
The stab victims were treated in hospital for serious, but non life threatening injuries.
The second man sustained minor injuries, not involving a weapon.
Investigators are not anticipating any further arrests.
