Sad news from Wasaga Beach

OPP say a 9-year-old boy has died after being pulled from the water and rushed to hospital yesterday afternoon.
It was just before 4 when a search began for him in the water and onshore in Wasaga Beach.
OPP aren’t releasing any more information.
They have said they’d like to thank all of those involved in the search.
And would also like to remind you, if you are not a strong swimmer or unfamiliar with the water you’re swimming in, to wear a personal floatation device.
