About 2,000 Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro customers have their power back on.

A blown switch on West Ave near Highland, was to blame. At one point, repair crews isolated the failure to an area of a couple city blocks. For those customers, the outage lasted for about 2 & 1/2 hours.
