The first-ever Manulife Financial LPGA Classic is underway at Grey Silo Golf Course in Waterloo.
The first groups started round one at the 1st and 10th holes at 7:15am.

London, Ontario’s Lindsey Smith became the first Canadian to tee off in the four day tournament.
Smith is one of nine Canucks in the field.
The tournament purse is $1.3 million, almost $200,000 of that will go to the winner.
570’s Blair Adams will be at Grey Silo over the next four days following the action and filing reports.
570’s Gary Doyle Show will also broadcast live from there on Thursday and Friday afternoon.
