KidsAbility issue a warning

KidsAbility is out with a warning about a book being peddled locally.
The organization says the book, “Healing Hands Busy Book” is not endorsed by them.
KidsAbility says a company has been phoning businesses in Waterloo Region and asking them to purchase the book and claiming to be affiliated with them.
KidsAbility says they are in no way associated with the company.
KidsAbility says the company goes by the names “Number One Books” or “Healing Hands Busy Book.”
Foundation Executive Director Lisa Talbot says, “We have not given permission to this company to use our name and these books are not needed for our kids.”
She adds, “If someone wishes to support KidsAbility they can make a donation directly to KidsAbility Foundation which will ensure that their support will directly help children with disabilities.”
