Fugitive Arrested in Kitchener

An American man wanted by authorities in Los Angeles and San Francisco for bankruptcy fraud has been arrested in Kitchener. Regional Police say 47-year-old Glen Allan Ward was arrested at an ATM on April 5th without incident. Police say the man, who allegedly goes by several aliases, was wanted by the FBI on a Canada-wide provisional warrant under the Extradition Act.
