Disappointing loss for Rangers in Game 3 – will host Game 4 tonight

A disappointing loss for the Kitchener Rangers in Plymouth on Tuesday.
The Rangers led the game 2-0 after two periods, but lost 4-3.
Rangers head coach Steve Spott told the postgame show on 570 News he could not fault the team’s effort, but said mental mistakes cost them.
He says they also need to find some secondary scoring.
All three Rangers goals last night were scored by captain Michael Catenacci with Tobias Rieder assisting on all of them.

After the game, Ryan Murphy and Eric Ming both said it was disappointing, but they have to move on and bounce back with game 4 tonight in Kitchener.
The Whalers now have a 2-1 lead in their Western Conference semifinal.

The winner of this series will play either the London Knights or Saginaw Spirit in the Western Conference final.
