Pound addresses doping scandal

The former President of the World Anti Doping Agency, Dick Pound is weighing in on the steroids scandal at the University of Waterloo.

He was on 570’s Jeff Allan Show this morning.

Pound is siding with the university.

He says if you’re in a team sport you’ve got to take responsibility for the actions of your teammates.

Pound adds its pretty scary how far steroid use has escalated.

The University of Waterloo football program was suspended for one year following test results that showed nine players may have broken anti-doping rules.
