Get involved in our community by participating in the Sixth Annual “Hockey Helps the Homeless” Kitchener-Waterloo tournament on Friday October 25th at Rim Park. The GO21 Walk for Down Syndrome is a fun filled afternoon for the whole family that helps raise awareness of people with Down syndrome. No matter what your age, all you have to do is put on your walking shoes and have some fun! By participating in the 18th Annual 3 km walk, you are giving people with Down syndrome in Waterloo Region a chance for a brighter tomorrow.

Go21 is about positive momentum for people with Down syndrome and their families in Canada. 21 refers to the extra chromosomal material from the 21st chromosome that determines if a person has Down syndrome. There is strength in “Go”. There is advancement in “Go”. There is strength and advancement in the Down syndrome community.
