SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) _ QAD Inc. (QADB) on Tuesday reported fiscal third-quarter profit of $3.2 million.
On a per-share basis, the Santa Barbara, California-based company said it had net income of 16 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 37 cents per share.
The manufacturing software maker posted revenue of $76.7 million in the period.
QAD Inc. shares have dropped 13% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $33, a fall of 10% in the last 12 months.
