Kitchener Rangers start three game swing Friday

By Brandon Graziano

The Kitchener Rangers begin their three game weekend swing Friday at home to the Guelph Storm.

The Storm hold a one point lead over the Rangers in the Midwest Division, with both teams at 9 games apiece.

Rangers look to continue to maintain their cool, with the least amount of penalty minutes throughout the OHL as well as their defensive play as they lead the league with the least amount of goals against.

Puck drop at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex is at 7:30 p.m.

Next for the Rangers will be Saturday, when the Rangers travel to London to take on the Knights.

Rangers currently hold a three point lead over Knights, though London has a game in hand.

Saturday’s game begins at 3:30 p.m. at Budweiser Gardens.

Finally the Rangers complete a home at home series Sunday against the Guelph Storm.

Game time starts at 2:00 pm at Sleeman Centre.
