VANCOUVER – Aritzia Inc. says it recorded its 15th consecutive quarter of comparable sales growth after it jumped nearly 11 per cent in its most recent quarter.

The Vancouver-based clothing retailer says comparable sales rose 10.9 per cent in the first quarter of its 2019 financial year.

Its adjusted net income rose 22.2 per cent to $15.2 million or 13 cents per share, up from $12.5 million or 11 cents per share in the same quarter the previous year.

Its net revenue rose 15.1 per cent to $167 million from $145 million in the first quarter of its 2018 financial year.
