A hold and secure at Alpine Public School was later lifted.
Investigators are looking for a white man, between 25 and 35-years-old, six feet tall with a thin build and short light hair.
Photos of the suspect captured on security cameras show the suspect wearing a white plaid button up shirt with black shorts and white shoes.
