Former PM to speak at Toronto fundraiser for Mike Harris Jr.

A former Prime Minister is speaking at a private fundraiser Monday evening for a local Tory candidate.
Stephen Harper will attend the fundraiser at the Albany Club in downtown Toronto, hosted by former premier Mike Harris for his son Mike Harris Jr.
Harris Jr. is running for the PC’s in Kitchener-Conestoga. He was appointed to the riding by PC Leader Doug Ford.
Harris Jr. is not expected to be at the event, as it’s illegal for candidates to take part in fundraisers.
The ticket price is $1,222 per head.
In a release, the Liberals say the club has contributed thousands of dollars to the Harper Conservatives as well as the provincial Tories, “but they’re totally not elite.”
