Speed is believed to be a factor in a rear-end crash in Kitchener that sent a motorcyclist to hospital.
Regional Police say the motorcycle was struck from behind by a car on Courtland Avenue at around 10 p.m., Thursday.
The driver of the motorcycle was first rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries, but later transported to an out-of-town facility for further medical care.
The victim’s current condition is not known at this time.
Police haven’t said if charges were laid.
