Police concerned for missing Kitchener man, say he’s developmentally delayed

Police are asking for your help with finding a missing Kitchener man.
57-year-old Mohamed Houssen was last seen leaving Millwood Manor on Mill Street around 8:30 p.m., on Wednesday.
Police say he will respond to the name “Mo”.
He’s described as black, between 5 foot 4 and 5 foot 6, with an average build, short curly black hair, and brown eyes.
Police say he’s developmentally delayed and may be difficult to understand.
He was last seen wearing the following: dark coloured winter coat, shorts, black shoes and black socks.
