Variety store clerk robbed at knifepoint in Guelph

Guelph Police are on the hunt for a suspect after an armed robbery at a variety store on Kortright Road.
They say it happened Wednesday around 8:15 p.m. as a lone male walked into the business, carrying a knife.
He demanded the clerk hand over cash and items, and then took off out of the store.
No one was injured in the incident, but the suspect got away before police arrived.
He’s described as being around 5’6″, and had a red bandana covering his face. He was last seen wearing a white puffy coat with a fur hood, sunglasses, jeans, and running shoes.
