Knife pulled during attempted robbery in Kitchener

A knife was pulled during an attempted robbery in the Huron Park area.
The victim was a student walking home after getting dropped off by a school bus.
It happened around 3:45 p.m. Monday on Maitland Street.
The victim was able to fend off the attacker who fled empty handed.
Police are looking for one suspect, a white male, 5 ’10’ with a medium build. He was wearing all black clothing and a black bandana.
