Canada Wide Warrant issued for 65-year-old, may be in Oxford County area

A Canada Wide Warrant has been issued for a federal offender that may be in the Oxford County area.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad says 65-year-old Douglas Archer is wanted as a result of a parole breach.
Archer is serving an over 8-year sentence for mischief, arson, criminal harassment, and possession of incendiary material.
Police say Archer is known to visit the Oxford County, Thunder Bay, and Kingston areas.
He’s described as being white, around 5’8″, and 241 lbs. He has white hair, a grey beard, and blue eyes.
