Some local flights cancelled due to morning fog

A fog advisory has now been lifted for Waterloo Region, but the foggy conditions Monday morning had an impact on some flights in southern Ontario.
At the Region of Waterloo International Airport, the FlyGTA flight to Toronto was cancelled, as was the FlyGTA flight to Waterloo this morning.
So far, the afternoon flights are not affected.
Pearson Airport tweets the fog could impact flights out of Toronto, and travellers are advised to contact their airline before heading out.
The airport’s arrivals board showed a number of flights were delayed.
