App, developed locally, looks to unite dog parents

As a dog parent herself, Ally Baker felt it was something that was missing.
That’s why Baker created the Furevery app.
It helps dog lovers find and rate dog businesses and find dog-friendly events in their community.
“We just realized there was a gap in the system and there was no kind of community network to unite dog parents together and help them get access to the best resources.” said Baker, who’s also the CEO of Furevery.
The beta version of the app is available on iOS and Android. They’re also planning to launch a desktop version in early 2018.
Baker says it was really time consuming before, trying to find the information on the internet and relying on word of mouth from other dog owners.
