Liquor licence temporarily suspended at Dallas Nightclub

A popular nightclub in Kitchener has shut down for the next week, as the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario has suspended its liquor licence.

A notice posted to Dallas Nightclub on King Street says the licence is suspended until 2 a.m. on October 28, due to “2x sell/serve to apparent minor” and “2x permit drunkenness.”

The suspension was also addressed on Dallas’ Facebook, as the club said “Nothing stops us!!! Join us these next 2 weekends at a mystery location. Show up to Dallas and we will provide the transportation.”

On its website, the AGCO says, “We are responsible for regulating Ontario’s alcohol, gaming and horse racing sectors in accordance with the principles of honesty, integrity, and in the public interest.”

570 NEWS has reached out to Dallas Nightclub for comment.
