The Kitchener Rangers are sending defenceman Doug Blaisdell to the Sudbury Wolves in exchange for a 4th round pick in the 2020 OHL Priority Selection.
Rangers general manager Mike McKenzie says parting ways with Blaisdell was “a very difficult decision.”
In five seasons, Blaisdell played in over 200 regular season and playoff games for the Rangers.
He was drafted 58th overall by the Rangers in the third round of the 2013 OHL Priority Selection.
